Senior GO TO Guide: The Senior GO TO Guide is published annually for seniors, caregivers and family members living in Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. Three editions are published: Lower Fairfield County Upper Fairfield County Greater New Haven The purpose of the Guide is to provide useful information that seniors can use to stay comfortably in their homes and to find the right services and facilities for short and long-term care when needed. The Guide includes detailed information on the services available in each city/town and from the State of Connecticut and the federal government.
